Calling all of our UFMA Dundurn families - please join us for our customer appreciation ice cream day!!

As our way of saying thanks for your support over the year, we are hosting this fun afternoon with ice cream, freezies, and family fun games.

Saturday August 15th from 12:30-2 pm. Please sign up at the front desk so we know how many people will be attending.

The karate school is closed Wednesday July 1st - Saturday July 4th for the Canada Day holiday.

An appreciation post for our Leadership team. These students volunteer their time to help out with classes and events, as well as learning valuable leadership skills. Many of the larger classes couldn’t run as effectively without the help of our leadership team.

The leadership program is a stepping stone towards becoming an instructor. Not every one will take that final step but the program helps develop the skills for our students to become effective leaders in their daily lives. Skills such as effective communication, building confidence, learning how to motivate and encourage others, and how to work in a team setting are all skills thar are developed.

Thanks to all of our leadership team for showing up and helping with classes and events. We couldn’t do it without you and your instructors are very appreciative of your commitment.

Spirit Week is coming! Make sure to get your things together.

June 22-26 we celebrate the end of school and beginning of summer with Spirit Week. Each day is a different fun theme. Make sure to participate each day you come for class.

Monday - crazy hair
Tuesday - pajama day
Wednesday - favourite sports team day
Thursday - tropical/Hawaiian day
Friday - red and white day

Every time you participate, your name will be entered into the prize draw.

Join in and have some fun. Participation in all classes (kids and adults) is highly encouraged.

Have you been thinking of trying karate? Our karate summer special is the perfect opportunity to do so. Sign up and you’ll get 8 weeks of karate for $199. There is no registration fee and you get a free uniform.

Summer is the perfect time to try something new. Whether you wish to sign your child up to improve their focus skills and build their confidence, or you’re an adult wanting to work on your focus and fitness, karate has something for everyone.
