It breaks our hearts to have to inform our community that on Saturday November 13th, one of our sorors, Jet’aime Fray-Samuel, has passed away in a single-car accident.

Jet’aime was a sister and family to us. She always had an infectious smile and energy that touched many of our hearts and for that she will be sorely missed.

Her family has started a GoFundMe, which we have linked in our bio, to raise funds for her funeral arrangements and will appreciate all donations.

Her family has also created an e-guest book for those who knew Jet’aime and will love to share pictures or fond memories.

The ladies of Nu Omega Zeta Sorority extend our deepest condolences to her family and loved ones as we all grieve the loss of our dear sister, Jet’aime. You will forever be in our hearts 🕊🤍

Meet our Founding Mother - Jenelle Allison

- Jenelle loves to bake sweets, pies and cakes, but rarely eats the, as her tastes preference is savoury foods.

- Jenelle’s favourite part about her career as a pension advisor is being able to educate and assist people with long term saving and retirement planning. It’s something everyone needs but usually waits till too late to work on.

- Inem’s favourite travel story is swimming with the pigs in Exuma, Bahamas. Inem says, “I was so happy that I burst into tears while seeing the magical creatures paddle through the ocean with me.”

- Inem’s go-to guilty pleasure is anything with caramel in it!

- Yosra is a DJ who loves spinning a wide variety of genres.

- Yosra’s proudest moment was buying her first house all on her own.

- Yosra also sits on the advisory board for the BLK OWNED Hamilton Ontario ( )

Meet our Founding Mother - Uju Ubah

- Uju is currently binge watching “The Resident” on Hulu. It’s her favourite show at the moment because it mirrors her current work life. It’s the most realistic doctor show she has seen to date.

- Her favourite way to spend her day off is out with friends or at events. The latter mostly over the former. She lives for the adventure and for meeting new people. Events provide the opportunity to do both.
