On my 15th birthday my Dad bought me a workout kit with these 3 pieces of equipment. It was the beginning of my fitness journey and it became my passion. 30 years later it's still a part my lifestyle and became my livelihood. Everybody has to start somewhere! Stay safe and do what you can until this is all over. We got this!
