SUMMER SUNSET SERIES
no frills - just flat, fat and fun
In 2 weeks we will be having our first of our 3 part sunset series race. The sunset series is a low-cost race series starting at Princess Point. Just $30 for 1 or $60 for all three. And for the kids 1k $15 for 1 or $30 for all three.
Kick off your summer with a 5k PB. See you in 2 weeks!!

We’ve got a fun day planned for you Burlington filled with deals, draw prizes, shoe giveaway, coffee, treats, activities and of course a ribbon cutting!!
Starting the day with a community all paces welcome run at 9am followed by ribbon cutting at 10:30.
From 10-2 enjoy coffee from School Specialty Coffee samples from Skratch, treats from Bardō Burlington and fun activities like co****le with Ciara Taylor
Draw prizing and giveaways from Mizuno, Diadora, Hoka and Saucony. Happening throughout the day! Just show up to be entered!

Sulpher Spring was pure grit this year, a true show of what community is made of! In relentless rain and layers of mud you all showed up and left it all out there. Huge shoutout to our Runners Den crew and everyone who toed the line finished or not. And lastly THANK YOU to the volunteers, medics and organizers who kept everyone safe!

Got gently worn shoes? We take donations all year round. Working with and .youth.resources to divert good shoes from going to the landfill and helping get new and gently-loved shoes to the communities in need! 🌏🌳👟
