Joslin's Mixed Martial Arts has proudly served Hamilton for more than 50 Years. Our specialized programs are designed to bring out the best in you or your child. Our experienced instructors lead fun, exciting, and safe training sessions from start to finish. You'll get into fantastic shape while learning battle proven and realistic martial arts skills that will keep you safe. Our Children's program was created by Jeff Joslin specifically to build focus,confidence, self-esteem, bully proofing skills and realistic self defense skils as well. Classes are available for Men, Women and Children (ages 4+) in a variety of fun and exciting martial arts styles including:
