The McMaster Cheerleading team is a competitive sport club strongly supported by the McMaster Athletics Department. We are responsible for cheering and performing at all home football and basketball games. We also compete annually at multiple Canadian national championships, as well as at competitions in the USA. In addition we can be found in and around the Hamilton community doing various fundraisers and community events.

Tryouts will be held from on May 31st from 7-9pm at Cheersport Sharks Ancaster- 1475 Sandhill Drive.
Please bring $10 (CASH ONLY) to tryouts
Donāt forget to fill out the registration Google form (linked in bio)!
šWhat to wear:
* athletic wear
* no jewelry
* long hair tied back
* cheer/running shoes
š¤øāāļøDo you need experience?
* You do not need experience to tryout! We have plenty of athletes who had 0 prior cheer experience.
šIf I live far away, can I still tryout?
* If you cannot attend tryouts or biweekly summer practices donāt worry! We will host another tryout in the Fall once school starts.
šBenefits of joining the summer team:
* get familiar with the team/coaches
* gain level 7 cheer experience
* getting back old tumbling/new skills
* cheer at football games!

Itās still so hard to believe that our season has officially come to an end!
We ended our season with a great run and silver at Kicks Celebration in Montrealš„ā¤ļø
