UPDATE: Our official opening has been delayed indefinitely, due to surprise Development Charges from the city to the tune of $103k. We’re working hard to figure out how to move forward at this location. Thank you to everyone who has supported us this far - we're still trying our best to open, and show Hamilton what we have to offer! Stay tuned as we fight the system!

We're all set up and ready for some FREE 🎃

We're here till 7 tonight, 1-5 tomorrow, and 1-4 on Sunday. And if you miss out, no worries - we're doing it all again next weekend! Drop by and say hi, and throw some axes at pumpkins!!

That's right, completely FREE axe throwing! This weekend, Oct. 25-27, come out to Timberwood for free axe throwing, and take a tour of our new facility! We're not yet open for business, but we're setting up our mobile trailer in our side lot for some outdoor throwing! And, to keep with the season, we'll be providing pumpkins to smash! BYOpumpkin, or decorate one of ours before you throw at it! Ages 13+ can throw, minors need an adult present.

The end of an era! Flynn couldn't bring herself to paint over the old Wheely Dealy, but new hire Sam was more than willing! So long, Wheely Dealy, you'll have a new life with Timberwood! ❤️

For real, you guys - insulation is ITCHY!

We've started putting up the backboards for the targets, and with the weird way the walls are shaped here, we've had to install some stud walls to even the surface out. And of course, you don't want any air gaps behind your axe throwing targets! Flynn spent the day lining the walls with insulation, to prevent that "drum" effect. We're making progress!

Progress! We've received our Liquor Licence Application placards! As part of our application to serve alcohol, these placards need to be visible at our entrance for about a month. It doesn't mean we can serve liquor yet, but it's exciting to see ANY of our many, MANY applications move forward!
