MYACT (Mindful Yoga-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training) is an evidence-based group program to help ANY individual become more present within their own experience. From this place of presence we can see and feel more deeply, our circumstances, our motivations, our thoughts, our emotions and how all of those things influence how we move through this world.
MYACT combines cognitive-behavioural tools and philosophy, movement, breathing, small and large group exercises, meditation and take home practices, into one unique, experiential program to help anyone refine their ability to choose the kind of life they want to be living.
