Replace 1994 single piston calipers with 2000 dual piston calipers.
Taken from another site. Thanks...
Just keep in mind, that a master cylinder change should be done in order to get the most effectiveness out of the new caliper. The 99+ calipers, despite being physically larger, use two smaller pistons to distribute the braking force over a larger pad area. The two pistons actually have less surface area than the single 66mm piston on the 94-98 calipers. As a result, swapping the calipers without the MC change could result in a harder pedal feel, and more effort needed to apply brake force.
The 99-04 V6 cars come with a 1" bore MC with these calipers and a vacuum assisted system. The 94-95 GT/V6 uses a 1 1/16" MC with the 66mm calipers. So when swapping to the 99+ calipers, you can substitute a 1993 Cobra MC instead, which features the 1" bore you will need, along with being a direct swap in without needing to change out fittings. The 96-98 cars use hydroboost, which in general offers more assist than vacuum, but they also use a 1 1/16" MC. in 1999, when Ford added the 99+ style PBR's, they changed the MC size in the Gt to a 1.01" bore MC. You may want to consider the same. Unfortunately, I do not have intimate knowledge of what is needed for this swap. Cliff's notes: If after swapping the 99+ calipers over, you feel pedal effort is too hard, or braking isn't as strong as you think it should be, consider swapping the MC out....
The spindles will need to be altered if you don't change them.... Here are the areas you will need to grind on the 94 spindle to accommodate the new calipers.
