Welcome to Rise & Reform - Hamilton’s first outdoor reformer Pilates event🌞🩵🌱

The reformers are joining us poolside on Sunday, July 26 for an unforgettable morning of movement, lattes, flowers, and sunshine🪩

Tickets are $50 per person and include:
🩵 A 45-minute poolside reformer class
☕ A custom latte of your choice

Rianna will begin the morning with our signature stretch class, Halo Release. All remaining classes will be intermediate level, however beginners are still welcome!
