Street Feast photo dump 📸💛
A reminder that wellness isn’t only found on the yoga mat. 🌿✨
Sometimes it’s in the laughter, the spontaneous outings, the colorful stalls, the shared meals, and the memories made along the way.

If someone wishes for good health, one must first ask oneself if he is ready to give up his childhood dream 😜

This road trip gave me more than memories 🤍
This part of the trip felt like moving through completely different worlds ✨
From isolated roads in Newfoundland & Labrador 🌲
to the European charm of Quebec City 🤍
then city lights, skyline views, and open-sky flying in Ottawa ✈️
Somewhere between the ferries, long drives, tiny towns, and late-night city views…
this road trip became more than just travel 🌎✨
Every place felt different,
and somehow, so did I by the end of it 🤍

Best decision 🥰🤍
I didn’t call it a philosophy back then.
I was just a child, quietly listening to something within me that didn’t feel at ease with causing harm. While the world around me followed what was “normal,” I found myself questioning it in silence.
Choosing not to eat animals at a young age wasn’t loud or rebellious—it was deeply personal. It was my first conscious step toward non-violence, even though I didn’t yet have the words to define it.
What made that journey possible was my mother. In a space where conformity is often expected, she did something incredibly rare—she gave me the freedom to feel, to question, and to choose. She stood by me, even when it wasn’t easy, even when it meant standing against societal norms. That quiet support shaped everything.
For years, I believed that was enough. But growth has a way of gently unfolding deeper truths when you’re ready.
In my 20s, I began to explore beyond what I had always known. I discovered that non-violence extended far beyond food. Learning about the realities of the dairy industry, the hidden stories behind everyday clothing, and even something as seemingly harmless as silk opened my eyes in ways I hadn’t expected.
Through voices and educators like , I began to understand how much I had been unaware of—how easily we follow systems without ever questioning what goes on behind them.
It wasn’t guilt that changed me—it was awareness.
And with awareness came choice.
I don’t believe in forcing perspectives on anyone. I believe in sharing, in learning, and in allowing space for people to arrive at their own understanding.
Life is deeply personal—it is an ever-evolving journey of experiences, realizations, and conscious decisions.
I am simply an example of what awareness can do. It gave me the power to align my actions with my values. It helped me choose the life I want to lead.
And I truly believe—everyone deserves that same choice.
Because once you see, you get to decide.

Your mind learns from what you repeat daily.
Not just the chaos, but the quiet too.
Slow mornings.
Soft light.
Gentle movement.
Less noise.
Peace isn’t found — it’s practiced 🤍
