We have completed the 3-race weekend at Calabogie in the Radical Canada series. This weekend had 21 competitors, which is a huge turnout! It was a tough weekend, came with a few ups and down, we learned a lot and had some great racing.

Results:
Race 1: started P13, finished P8; Race 2: started P12, finished P10; Race 3: started P9, finished P7.

Giant thanks to Chris and Travis for their hard dedication this weekend!

The long story:
Qualifying was awful yielding P13 for Race 1 and P12 for Race 2. Race 3 start position was determined by finishing position of Race 2.

In the first race we got off to a good start, but spun out in the fastest corner 11 minutes in dropping to P19. Fought back to finish in P8.

Race 2, starting 12th, tried some new car settings, really struggled with rear grip, which made for a fun sideways driving experience. Finished 10th.

Race 3, started 9th place. The track was very different in the afternoon from the past 2 days getting hot and slippery. It made for a challenging drive.

All in all, we worked hard, got some new valuable racing experience. 21 Radicals on grid in class was dream competition!

We are racing at Calabogie Motorsports Park this weekend in the Radical Canada series. 22 Radicals in class on grid!

After a hard day of testing, the crew is making final adjustments before Race 1 this afternoon.

Daniel Dugdale finished P1 and sets the purple lap in the first race of the weekend in our Y49 CRX! So excited!

After the rear ender misfortune in Race 1, the lads mended the car beautifully and we successfully started and completed Race 2. Our start position was P7 and we finished P6 in class.

It was another intense race with multiple mashups, luckily we finished unharmed with a position gained. What an event! What a circuit!

Practice with 33 Radicals on a new-to-all track was quite eventful! (First time Radicals ran here)
In the afternoon the paddock and grand stands were filled with thousands of fans.

We qualified P6. It was a gnarly first day!
