Join us every Monday at 6:30 PM for Karma Yoga in our beautiful picnic area at Hampton Recreation.
Led by the wonderfully calming Jen Lavigne, these outdoor sessions are designed for all ages, all abilities, and every level of experience. Whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or have been practicing for years, you'll find a welcoming space to breathe, stretch, and reconnect.
✨ Admission is free, or you're welcome to pay what you can with donations supporting the Healing Roots Foundation, a local not-for-profit making a difference in our community.
