The Focus: Moving deliberately to build deep internal heat, refine
classic asanas (poses), and strengthen your midline.

The Benefit: Builds functional balance, postural stability, and a
strong, grounded body from the inside out.

INFINITY FLOW

The Vibe: Dynamic, rhythmic, and freeing.

The Focus: Blends fluid yoga with somatic movement practices,
including rocking, shaking, and bouncing.

The Benefit: Rhythmic oscillatory movement stimulates deep fascial micro-circulation, flushes lymphatic fluid, and signals the vagus nerve to discharge stored stress.
