Autumn in Cordova
GATHERING INWARD - Exploring the Five Koshas
As the days grow shorter and nature begins its gradual turning inward, autumn offers us a beautiful invitation to do the same.
For our fall session, we’ll move beyond simply "doing" yoga, and begin exploring a little more deeply what it means to experience ourselves as whole beings.
Over these six weeks, we’ll explore the Five Koshas — the different “layers” or dimensions of our experience, from the physical body and breath to the mind, deeper wisdom, and the quiet sense of connection and contentment beneath it all.
Each week will offer a different lens to explore our practice, using movement, breath, meditation, and reflection to notice what’s happening not only in the body, but within the whole being.
This isn’t about having all the answers or mastering some ancient yogic philosophy. It’s simply an opportunity to become a little more curious about ourselves.
🍂 Gathering inward.
🍂 Listening more closely.
🍂 Making space for what lies beneath the surface.
And, as always, we’ll keep the practice accessible, thoughtful, and grounded.
