LON Horseshoe

We pride ourselves on being the most welcoming organization for women new to the Horseshoe Valley area wishing to develop their golf game and friendships.

The Ladies of the Night (LON) started in 1997 with a small group of women who worked outside the home. They'd get together after work every Tuesday night for nine holes at the former Horseshoe Highlands course,
and then gather afterwards for dinner and perhaps a little wine. Eventually the group outgrew their ability to
host at home, and when the Highlands Club House was built, the LON moved their

What a great time we had at our annual Christmas gathering. Thanks Karen Rowe for hosting us once again! Many laughs were had, especially when Santa's sisters sister-in-law (?!?!) stopped by to visit. (aka Madam Marnie). For members who weren't able to join us Merry Christmas 🎄🎅🤶. Hope to see you in February.

A few pictures from our closing event tonight. Thanks so much to Tami for hosting us in her lovely home! Fiona, our outgoing Madam, introduced our new Madam for 2026 & 2027 Marnie. And then introduced Lucy Gowers from Youth Haven who inspired us all with her warm thanks for our donation via our Charity Event in September.
