Through the summer our program is for adults, although teens are welcome to come train alongside their parent/guardian. For younger kids, our Family Class will resume in September.

High Prairie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

We spent the day with our friends and High Prairie Gymnastics - HPGA getting reorganized. We are grateful to them for working with us to continue sharing space for the foreseeable future, as a lot of our kids will attend both clubs.

Gymnastics is starting Saturday! Head over to their page for information on how you can register or support the HPGA as they get back on their feet.

Today we took a BJJ pilgrimage to Edmonton to visit our mentor gym, Munduruca North Edmonton Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Huge thanks to Jay and Shawn and crew for being such great hosts! It's so cool to challenge our knowledge and get out and roll with other students at such an established club. We look forward to returning again next year.

We learned some excellent De La Riva and Reverse De La Riva in both Gi and NoGi.
