No experience necessary — just come ready to learn, move, and have some fun.

Hey folks, please note our new schedule. We will be bumping our classes 30 mins ahead on Tuesdays and Thursdays to better align with High Prairie Gymnastics - HPGA classes.

Through the summer our program is for adults, although teens are welcome to come train alongside their parent/guardian. For younger kids, our Family Class will resume in September.

High Prairie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

We spent the day with our friends and High Prairie Gymnastics - HPGA getting reorganized. We are grateful to them for working with us to continue sharing space for the foreseeable future, as a lot of our kids will attend both clubs.
