Last class is Tomorrow, Tuesday, June 13 while I leave the country to get eaten by Japanese mosquitos instead! We will be back at it starting Thursday, July 6.
We will be closed this coming Tuesday, Dec 13 and for a week ending the year: Tuesday, Dec 27 and Thursday, Dec 29.
2023 classes will resume the first Tuesday of the year, Jan 3rd.

We have a new adult class now open Thursdays from 5:30-7PM starting tonight! This is on top of our Tuesday 7-8:30PM class.
If you want to experience the free flowing capabilities of the human body as a form of martial art, your first class is free!

Learning to wield a weapon is not about learning to hurt others, but how to move unencumbered when something extra is attached to your body. Maneuvering the object as an extension of yourself, whether a small stick, a cane, staff or sword provides an opportunity to help defuse conflict and prevent bodily harm... and sometimes it's just fun to swing something around.
Outdoor weapons classes are in full swing! I'm very proud of how quickly everyone is picking it all back up and extending their practice of and .
