Oh my goodness, what started as a fun little challenge on my 31st birthday has turned into a full blown passion project …
22 months ago I started a LIVE series on my Facebook offering 31 squats for 31 days,
Do you remember it?
Well, the truth is, I didn’t complete the challenge with only 8 days remaining 😱
Over a year later, I felt called to circle back and complete filming then package the content as an online fitness program for the health of hips around the world …
This process has been supportive to releasing the emotional weight of guilt from my system that was weighting me down!

Your body has a SET POINT.
Meaning that it will be able to produce a particular outcome before it’s considered “strenuous activity”.
What one woman is able to preform with ease …
Could be considered strenuous for another.
And visa versa.
When I was pregnant with my second daughter in 2019 I had been immersed in fitness for a solid 10 years.
I was seasoned in kettlebell sport, flexibility training and I could produce a lot of power behind a barbell.
MAINTAINING this set point of strength and stretch became the priority for my body and baby.
One day my grandma was concerned and questioned the safety of my baby as I was prepping for a kettlebell competition …
Upon a lengthy and in-depth conversation it seemed to have landed but when I went to pick the grocery bags she gasped in fear….
“Dear let me get those” …. Bless her ♥️
Many doctors would have sided with my grandma without taking into consideration physical fitness levels which increases wellbeing + speed of recovery.
Anyways, the point is….
There are different levels of situations AND there are different levels of human abilities.
You don’t want to NEGLECT the doctors orders and go off to spirit a marathon if you’re only conditioned to walk to the mail box 🤣
Come back to your baseline.
If moving your body and producing a little sweat will keep your vibration high ….
And you aren’t putting excess pressure/strain upon yourself….
Know your limits and play within them.
This comes down to trusting that MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE.
Bring your concerns to your coach for a formal plan of action that doesn’t leave you sitting around longer than you need to in uncertainty on what you can vs can not do….
