Band on the Run

Thank you so much everyone for your patience and support as we worked through the options for hosting Band on the Run 2020.

We've explored all the creative options we can think of - and unfortunately - there simply isn't a way that we can safely deliver the event in September.

For anyone that is registered for the 2020 event - you will be receiving an email that gives you three options:

1. Get a free deferral to the 2021 Band on the Run (June 12, 2021)
2. Donate your registration fee to one of our charity partners
3. Get a refund

We would really love it and be super appreciative if you would go for option number 1 or 2.

Making the decision to postpone Band on the Run has evolved from an extraordinarily stressful decision - to the obvious choice.

The world isn't going to be ready for a gathering of a couple of thousand people in the middle of June.

BUT BAND ON THE RUN IS SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST A ONE-DAY EVENT. RACE DAY IS THE CELEBRATION OF ALL OF YOUR TREMENDOUS ACHIEVEMENTS.

And we still want to do CELEBRATE on June 13th - through the best virtual event ever!

Anyone registered for the 'Live' event (now postponed until September 12) will automatically be entered into the virtual event.

We're going to livestream all we can - including Frances in her party pants announcing the start, live cheering, live music. In other words LIVESTREAM FUN.

You'll be able to upload your results and see how you did.
We are cooking up some fabulous ideas with our local swag provider - Portage Promotionals - to be able to drop ship t-shirts to participants.

For those of you training for the 10K with Jess - keep going! The virtual event is still your goal. All the reasons that you wanted to have this motivation and accountability to get into great shape are still there - maybe even stronger than ever!

This program will still be geared towards the June 13th date - so you can start the summer in amazing shape and then keep going from there with the September 12th date as a further goal.
