Welcome spring! Time to start dehydrating for the upcoming paddling season

Here is 7cups of Ratatouille
1.Chilled over night to marry the flavours.
2. Place on a silicone mat
Convection Oven set @ 145°F for about 8 hours
3. I transferred to baking screening after about 4 hours
4. Once everything was dried
6 servings 1/3 cup 1oz each.
Just add rice or lentils and you have a great meal. 8 ratatouille and water for 10minutes.
2. Bring to a boil - boil for a few minutes.
3. Remove from stove Insulate pot for 10 minutes.
Rice / lentils soak in water for 5 minutes, boil for a 2 minutes, strain most of the water, ensulate pot for 10 minutes.
Enjoy!
