SEPTEMBER STRONG - BACK TO YOU!!!
Image this... It’s January 1st.
You wake up, walk into your closet, You pull on a pair of jeans you haven’t worn comfortably in a long time.
They fit....Actually, they’re loose.
You look in the mirror and your waist is back. Your face looks leaner. Your stomach isn’t the first thing your eyes go to anymore.
Over Christmas, you wore the dress you wanted to wear instead of the one you picked because it hid your stomach.
Your energy is different too.
You’re not hitting 3 p.m. wondering how you’re possibly going to make it through the rest of the day. You’re sleeping better. Your workouts feel good again. You can get through a busy workday and still have something left when you get home.
Food takes up less space in your head.
You know what you're having for breakfast. You know what to order when you're out. You can have dinner with friends without turning it into either a “cheat night” or a mental calculation of everything you ate.
And when everyone starts talking about what they're going to change this year, losing the weight isn't one of them for once.
You're 15 or 20 pounds lighter. Your clothes fit differently. You feel stronger. You understand your body better. And for the first time in a while, you know you're heading in the right direction.
Now come back to today... It’s Labour Day Weekend
You have just under 4 months until that morning.
Four months of workdays, dinners out, holidays, travel, kids, meetings and everything else that will inevitably happen between now and then.
You could wait until January, or January could be the month you realize how much has already changed.
If nothing changes between now and January 1st, how will you feel waking up in the same body, dealing with the same symptoms, making the same promise to yourself that this is finally going to be the year?
And what would it feel like if this time, January was different?
If you want help making the second version your reality, comment or DM RESET and I'll look at where you are now, where you want to be by the end of the year, and what would realistically need to happen to get you there.
You have more time than you think.
But I'd start now 🙂
