Concentrating on practical exercises that improve everyday activities, this gentle-paced class is ideal for anyone aiming to maintain their fitness and well-being.

📅 Dates: September 15th - October 8th Sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 AM.
💰 Cost: $5.75 per class ($92 for the full series)

Join us for a high-energy, instructor-led workout designed to build cardio endurance and keep you moving with great music and good vibes.

Two 6-week sessions to choose from:
Wednesday mornings | 7:00–7:45 AM (September 23 - October 28)
Friday mornings | 7:00–7:45 AM (September 25 - October 30)

⏰ Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class for proper bike setup:

🌊 Junior Lifeguard Club – New Programs at the Jasper Aquatic Centre.

We’re excited to offer 2 streams of the Junior Lifeguard Club (JLC) this fall and winter:

Recreational JLC
📅 Mondays & Wednesdays
🕒 Ages 7–11: 3:30–4:30 PM | Ages 12+: 4:30–5:30 PM
A fun, supportive program focused on skill development, confidence, and lifesaving basics. Includes opportunities to try introductory competition skills.

Competitive JLC
📅 Tuesdays | 3:30–5:30 PM
A high-performance stream for athletes ready to refine techniques, build endurance, and compete in lifesaving sport across Alberta. Discount available when combined with Recreational JLC.

Must have passed the Canadian Swim to Survive Standard or completed Swimmer 4.
