Only 1 week until the IPSC Pistol Match!

The KTSA IPSC section is getting ready for an exciting weekend of action as we host two single-day IPSC Pistol Matches on Saturday, September 12 & Sunday, September 13.

Whether you’re competing or just curious about IPSC, KTSA members are welcome to come out and watch the action, see what IPSC is all about, and support our local shooters.

Planning to watch? Please bring your own eye and ear protection.

Registration for IPSC events is handled through the Provincial IPSC website, as attendees must be approved.

There's still time to register for tomorrow's KTSA .22LR Rifle Fun Shoot —it's a chance to challenge yourself, meet fellow members, and enjoy a relaxed day on the range.

Shoot four stages of 10 rounds each in either the Optics or Iron Sights category and see how your skills stack up.

Registrations are rolling in for our upcoming Junior 1 - Archery Program

Designed for youth ages 8–19, Junior 1 is a great opportunity to continue building archery skills, gain confidence, and discover where the sport can take you.

Junior 1 Archery
Tuesdays | September 15–October 6
5:30–6:30pm
4-week program | $100 per person

Participants will work on:
• Shooting form and consistency
• Accuracy and aiming
• Shooting at different distances
• Confidence through structured coaching
• Good sportsmanship
• Having fun with other young archers

Junior 1 introduces participants to the wider world of archery while building the skills they need for future recreational and competitive opportunities.

Beginner Archery is back! Learn the basics in a fun, supportive environment and discover what archery is all about.

We're also excited to introduce three new progressive programs:

Junior 1 — Build skills, confidence and a love for the sport.

Junior 2 — Continue developing your skills and explore the next stage of your archery journey.

Archery Unlocked — Go beyond the basics and discover the many ways to enjoy archery, from target and field to 3D and competitive opportunities.
