The Elite D2D Off-Season Football program is one of Elite Performance Academy's flagship programs, and the 2017-18 version certainly lived up to its billing. For the past 4 months these Ottawa football prospect trained up to 5 times per week, upgrading their Strength, Speed, Power, and Football Skills.
Their post-testing results were truly amazing, and are a testament to each Young Man’s Dedication, Commitment, Effort, and Focus this off-season.

This week brought to a close the 2017-18 JR D2D Off-Season Football program. This group of young athletes dedicated themselves to 4 months of Strength, Speed, Power, and Skills training to help develop their athletic potential on the football field.
Incredible progress by the whole group, both in the results of their training, and in their development as Young Men.

In this case, we are using Single Leg Hops into a Sprint to train applying more force into the ground, and applying that force as fast as possible.
