We had an absolute blast hanging out at the JamFit tent, meeting so many amazing families and connecting with the kids in the community 💛
The highlight of the day was definitely all the handstands 🤸♀️✨so much laughter, trying new skills, and cheering each other on! The kids loved testing their strength and balance, and we even snuck in a little intro to calisthenics for kids, showing them how fun bodyweight movement can be 💪
We love bringing fitness to life in a way that feels like play, and events like this are exactly what community is all about. Manotick truly is full of energy, support, and amazing families 🌿
