Our summer day retreat is happening soon, and I would love to gather with you.

This day will include gentle movement, breath, rest, connection, intention setting, and a beautiful intention bottle workshop, where you’ll create a meaningful keepsake to carry your intention home with you. You will also leave with a special crystal.
