We got most of our practice in this morning before the rain started, and I loved how we simply moved under the gazebo to finish the rest of our class together. A little rain wasn’t going to stop us! 🌧️🧘‍♀️❤️

What a wonderful first day of Kids Yoga Camp! 💚

My heart is so full after spending the day with this amazing group of kids. We had so much fun together, and Suzanne Dionne and I already know this is going to be a special week.

I can’t wait to share more of our adventures over the next few days! 🌿

Every time I stand at the ocean, I feel something shift.

I breathe a little deeper. My shoulders soften. My mind becomes quieter.

That feeling is what inspired me to create Sea & Soul.

I’ve been dreaming of sharing this with you, and I’m so excited that registration is now open for my June 2027 women’s retreat on beautiful Prince Edward Island.
