Are you ready to return to your Glory Days amongst friends? Coach Kirby will be hosting group fitness sessions at the Apple Bowl on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings throughout the summer.
Drop-ins are $20 or you can purchase a 5-pack for $15/session. The 45-minute workouts are challenging but fun, and you are encouraged to bring your pals!
