Shelbi has been a member of our facility for quite some time! She’s been sharing her infectious energy, her drive & her passion for bodybuilding with others in our community.

We’ve seen Shelbi continuously put in the time, the effort & her best foot forward to making her goals come to life

As of recent, Shelbi has won her Pro Card in Figure 🙌🏼 and we want to take moment, with you all, to celebrate this accomplishment 🏆

Iron Nations very own .acochrane competed recently in Ontario where she showed up and killed it 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Paige has been a member of our facility since we open and as of this year she joined our Iron Nation work fam as well!

We’ve seen her day in and day out put in the time, the effort, the energy & the patience that prep calls for ( both on and off season ).

We are incredibly proud of her & her accomplishment/ placing 🙌🏼🙏🏼 and we want to take this time to celebrate her with you all! 🧡

Callum has joined our work fam as of recent, he will be working evenings here moving forward at our gym! Make sure to say hi to him next time you are in 😊

He had his last workout with us before flying out and we were lucky enough to see him today after just coming back from Toronto!
