Excited to share that we are teaming up with the this season.
This summer, our teachers will be leading the Falcons through pre-game yoga, mobility work, and mindful breath practices to help prepare for competition.
We know that yoga supports:
• Mobility
• Flexibility
• Recovery
• Focus
• Breath control
• Nervous system regulation
• Injury prevention
• Mental resilience
Whether you’re stepping onto a yoga mat, a baseball field, a bike, a trail, or into the gym, movement is better when the body is balanced, connected, and open.
We’re excited to help these athletes move well, recover well, and perform at their highest level all season long.
We’ll also be bringing a little Pranify spirit to the ballpark this summer, with class pass giveaways throughout the season. If you’re catching a Falcons game, be sure to keep an eye out for your chance to win.
Here’s to community, movement, and supporting local sport.

You know those days where you wake up tired… so you have an extra coffee… crave sugar at 3pm… feel wired at night but somehow still exhausted… even when it feels like you’re doing all the “right” things?
Ayurveda recognizes that what’s happening is that your body is out of rhythm.
Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of health from India that teaches you how to work with your body instead of constantly fighting against it.
It explains:
🌞why you have energy at certain times and crash at others
🌞why some foods make you feel amazing while others leave you bloated, foggy, or depleted
🌞why stress affects different people differently
🌞why your sleep, digestion, mood, hormones, cravings, and focus are all connected
But what makes Ayurveda so powerful isn’t just the theory. It’s the daily rituals.
Tiny shifts in when you wake, eat, move, rest, and unplug can completely change how you feel in your body.
Most people are trying to make “healthy” choices while ignoring the biological and energetic patterns running their lives.
Ayurveda teaches you how to live in a way that supports every system in your body.
The result? More energy. Better digestion. Deeper sleep. Better moods. Less inflammation. Less chaos in your mind. More steadiness. More vitality. More longevity.
And most importantly: You start feeling at home in your body again.

A somatic approach to release, remembrance, and restoration. Most of us walk through life with a certain kind of armour — protective strategies we’ve built to survive. This armour doesn’t just live in our thoughts or beliefs. It lives in our breath, our posture, our musculature, and our nervous system.
The Boulter Method Breathwork offers a gentle and powerful way to meet the body’s holding patterns with presence, compassion, and awareness. Unlike some approaches that aim to break through resistance or generate intense emotional release, this work emphasizes safety, sustainability, and connection. The breath is used not to override the system, but to invite it into greater coherence — allowing the body to unwind at its own pace, in its own way.
This practice isn’t about trying harder or doing more. It’s about creating the right conditions for the body to feel safe enough to let go. As we bring loving awareness to the ways we brace, clench, or collapse, something profound happens: the holding begins to soften — not through effort, but through connection.
Each breath circle is:
• Somatic: rooted in body-based awareness and trauma-informed practice
• Safe and supported: guided with presence, clarity, and care
• Deeply restorative: allowing for release, insight, and integration at your own pace
• Honest and heartfelt: inviting the kind of truth that doesn’t come from the mind, but from the body.
You don’t need to know what you’re coming to work on — or even what to expect. If you’re new to this kind of work, you’ll be gently guided every step of the way.
Just bring your breath, your body, and your willingness to meet yourself more fully.
Can breath, presence, and compassion help us remember what it feels like to be whole?
Come find out.

Ayurveda, Neuroplasticity and The Art of Living Well.
In this two-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to align your daily habits with the rhythms of nature so you can finally follow through on what matters most.
Part One: The Ayurvedic Daily Rhythm
Learn the foundational principles of Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, and learn how to work with your unique constitution and natural cycles. You’ll explore simple, powerful shifts to balance your energy, support digestion, and improve sleep, so you can feel as good off the mat as you do after yoga class.
Part Two: The Science of Lasting Change
If you’ve ever struggled with consistency and changing your habits—whether it’s waking up earlier, meditating daily, or setting better boundaries—you’ll learn why willpower isn’t the answer. In this session, you’ll learn how to use self-directed neuroplasticity to rewire patterns that keep you stuck, and create new habits easily and more effectively.
You’ll leave with practical Ayurvedic rituals and science-backed tools to create real, lasting change and close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Today is Earth Day.
A simple invitation to remember something ancient and true: the original yogis lived in deep relationship with the Earth, in rhythm with the elements, in quiet awareness of life moving through all things.
To practice yoga is to return to that relationship, to care for and listen to our own earth bodies. At Pranify, we see this as a conscious connection with prana : the energy that animates us and all of life.
One of the most natural ways to Pranify is to step outside, into the forests, the water, the soil, the air ~ and be with what is real.
So much of our modern discomfort comes from disconnection; yoga invites us back. Back into the body, back into nature, back into the web of life we are not separate from.
Where in your life can you soften the distance between yourself and the natural world? What shifts when you do?
