I think most of you know me, its Lise from the Divas and I am and have been your treasuer for the past 5 years. I started when Shawna and Ashley
Were running the league and have been managing the leagues money since.

With the recent events it has come into question the financial running of the ladies slopitch league fund.
I have attached a PDF of the financials for all of you to look over at your convenience.

There is nothing hidden no secret fund. All the moneys balance daily to our bank balance and as your treasurer
It is my responsibility to ensure that the funds are managed efficiently and in the best interest of the ladies in this league, that
the league remains flush and that funds allocated for future years is earmarked and not mismanaged.

To date we have helped out others in trouble as you may or not remember when our fav ump Lesley was undergoing cancer treatments
We contributed the proceeds of a tournament to help her with her cancer costs at the cost. This is WHO WE ARE. WOMEN HELPING WOMEN.
Please remember this.

All financial expenses are discussed as a board, a decision is made to proceed or not to proceed. No one person can access or authorize any
Funds. Both the president and the treasurer have to agree and sign off before any money is allocated or issued.
