This month we were proud to host a special Leadership training session that brought together our instructors, assistant instructors, and volunteers for a focused day of learning and collaboration.

The training centered on the foundations of effective teaching: clear communication, safety, and class structure. We shared ideas on how to build student confidence, keep classes engaging, and maintain high standards while still making training fun.

Participants had the chance to both learn and practice—working through drills, role-playing class scenarios, and giving each other feedback. It was inspiring to see everyone so dedicated to improving not just their own skills, but the experience of every student who walks through our doors.

Thank you to all the instructors, assistants, and volunteers who took part. Your commitment to growth helps strengthen our entire martial arts community.
