Get ready to crush your weekend fitness goals:
* **8 AM: ๐๏ธ Olympic Weightlifting** - Refine your snatches and clean & jerks with expert coaching!
* **9 AM: ๐ฏ Partner Workout** - Grab a friend (or find one here!) and get ready for a fun, sweaty WOD.
* **10 AM: ๐คธ Open Gym** - Stretch out, hit some accessory work, or practice a skill.

Itโs that time of year again โ where our gym fam flexes more than just muscles. ๐ชโค๏ธ
For the 5th year in a row, weโre giving back to single-parent families and families in need through Kelowna Community Resources, and we need YOUR help to make the biggest impact yet!ย ย Last year we raised $2965.00 ๐ Can we beat it?!
Letโs show what Community Athletics is all about: heart, hustle, and helping others. ๐

Join us for sun, snacks, sweat, and a whole lotta fun. ๐ช
Will meet at Strathcona park. Start around 9am for a workout ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ then some snacks and brunch at 10am.๐
You can bring your own snack to share if you want but we will have some stuff for everyone!
