CREATINE IS ONE OF THE MOST MISUNDERSTOOD SUPPLEMENTS IN FITNESS 👀

For YEARS people have been told things like:

❌ “It damages your kidneys”
❌ “It makes women bulky”
❌ “It causes fat gain”
❌ “It’s only for bodybuilders”

But here’s the truth:

Creatine is actually one of the MOST researched supplements in the world and the research consistently shows it is both safe and effective for healthy individuals when taken properly.

So what does creatine actually do?

Your muscles use something called ATP for quick energy during training.
Creatine helps your body replenish that energy faster.

That means:

🌿 HIKE IS BACK THIS SATURDAY 🌿

After a couple weeks off, we’re finally getting the OC Fit community hikes going again and remember NON members are VERY Welcome, not just members!

We’re starting back with Knox Mountain because it’s one of the most beginner-friendly hikes in Kelowna and gives everyone a way to join in, move their body, and connect with good people. 💚

This weekend we’ll have TWO OPTIONS so that everyone can feel included:

🥾 OPTION 1:
Walk the road up and down Knox Mountain
Perfect for anyone with limitations, injuries, lower fitness levels, strollers, or anyone wanting a more relaxed pace.

⛰️ OPTION 2:
Hike the trail up Knox
Then meet the road walkers at the top so we can ALL head back down together as a group!

The goal isn’t speed or fitness level it’s community, movement, fresh air, and getting outside together. ☀️

Kristina works full time, has a family, and a full social life and when she first signed up for her 12-week program, her goal was simply to “lose a couple pounds.” No exact number, just the feeling that what she had been doing on her own was no longer working.

Pairing Red Light With Workouts 🔴💪

Most people focus only on the workout.
But recovery is where results actually happen.

Red light therapy may help support:
