Levi came to us with a goal many people can relate to: losing a few pounds and getting back to feeling like himself again.
He works a physically demanding job and has always maintained an active lifestyle through recreational sports. In the past, if his weight started to creep up, he could usually rely on staying active to bring it back down. However, by the time he joined our program, he had noticed a shift. The weight was continuing to increase, and the methods that had always worked for him before were no longer producing the same results.
As Levi began his 12-week transformation, nutrition quickly became his biggest challenge. He was accustomed to enjoying social drinks and eating out several times a week, making our 12-week alcohol-free commitment a significant adjustment.
Despite the learning curve, Levi embraced the process. He leaned into the accountability, committed to meal preparation, consistently hit his daily protein targets, abstained from alcohol, and showed up to every workout with a positive attitude and a smile on his face.
By the end of the 12 weeks, Levi had lost 20 pounds and reduced his body fat by an incredible 13%.
More importantly, he gained the knowledge and confidence to maintain those results long-term. He now has a much stronger understanding of nutrition, knows which foods best support his goals, what foods should be enjoyed in moderation, and how to balance social occasions without compromising his progress.
Levi’s transformation is a great example of what can happen when consistency, accountability, and education come together. The physical results are impressive, but the lasting lifestyle changes are what will continue to serve him for years to come.

Why would a coach tell me to eat MORE when I want to lose weight?
Because sometimes the problem isn’t that you’re eating too much.
It’s that you’ve been eating too little for too long.
One of the most common women we work with is eating what should be a fat-loss calorie intake, yet nothing is happening.
They’re exhausted.
They’re craving food.
Their workouts suffer.
Their recovery is poor.
So instead of forcing calories even lower, we often focus on rebuilding first.
A reverse diet isn’t about giving up on fat loss.
It’s about creating a body that can actually respond to fat loss.
More energy.
Better workouts.
Improved recovery.
Reduced cravings.
A healthier relationship with food.
And ultimately…
Better long-term results.
👇 Have you ever been told to eat MORE in order to lose fat?

CREATINE IS ONE OF THE MOST MISUNDERSTOOD SUPPLEMENTS IN FITNESS 👀
For YEARS people have been told things like:
❌ “It damages your kidneys”
❌ “It makes women bulky”
❌ “It causes fat gain”
❌ “It’s only for bodybuilders”
But here’s the truth:
Creatine is actually one of the MOST researched supplements in the world and the research consistently shows it is both safe and effective for healthy individuals when taken properly.
So what does creatine actually do?
Your muscles use something called ATP for quick energy during training.
Creatine helps your body replenish that energy faster.
That means:
✔ Better strength
✔ Better workout performance
✔ Improved recovery
✔ Better muscle retention
✔ Improved training output over time
But here’s the part most people DON’T talk about 👇
🧠 Your BRAIN also uses creatine for energy.
Emerging research is showing that higher intakes (around 5–10g daily) may help support:
✔ Mental performance
✔ Focus & concentration
✔ Memory & learning
✔ Mental fatigue recovery
✔ Brain energy during stressful or sleep-deprived periods
This is why creatine is now being studied far beyond just fitness and muscle growth.
And NO creatine does not automatically make you “bulky.”
Muscle growth still requires:
1️⃣Proper training
2️⃣Enough nutrition
3️⃣Time
4️⃣Consistency
Another huge misconception is the scale increase people sometimes notice.
Creatine can pull water INTO the muscle cell, which may slightly increase scale weight initially.
That is NOT body fat.
In many cases, this actually helps muscles perform and recover better.
The best part?
You don’t need expensive versions.
The most researched form is simply:
➡ Creatine Monohydrate
Recommended dose for most people: 🔥3–5g daily
For additional cognitive/mental support:
🔥research says 5–10g daily
Supplements should never replace:
🥗 Nutrition
🏋️ Training
😴 Recovery
💧 Hydration
But when used correctly, creatine can absolutely help support BOTH physical and mental performance.
Save this post for later & send it to someone who still thinks creatine is a steroid 😂

Kristina works full time, has a family, and a full social life and when she first signed up for her 12-week program, her goal was simply to “lose a couple pounds.” No exact number, just the feeling that what she had been doing on her own was no longer working.
Like many people, she had doubts about what was possible at this stage of life. She questioned whether she could truly commit the time needed to see results while balancing everything else on her plate.
Through simple nutrition coaching, personalized training, and accountability at OC Fit, Kristina found a balance that actually worked for her lifestyle not against it.
She successfully lost 10 lbs and 5% body fat while building sustainable habits and integrating fitness into her busy routine.
Over the last 8 months, Kristina has become such a valued member of the OC Fit community. She shows up to those early mornings with a smile, encourages others around her, and continues to inspire people to chase results they once thought weren’t possible.
One of the biggest things Kristina has proven is that you can find the time when you decide to prioritize yourself. She originally started coming just 3 days per week and now she’s consistently showing up 4 days a week because of how good she feels and the progress she’s created for herself. 💚
PROUD OF YOU KRISTINA❤️❤️
