Last weekend, we had 8 athletes compete at the Western Canada Cup. Four athletes represented Team BC, while four competed for Okanagan Gymnastics Centre. Overall, we came home with 7 gold medals, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals.

Team BC had an outstanding competition, placing:

1st in Team Trampoline
1st in Team Double Mini Trampoline (DMT)
2nd in Team Tumbling
1st Overall in the Team All Around
Team BC Results

Taya Renou competed in Level 4 Trampoline and Tumbling for Team BC. She placed 1st in both events and also mobilized in both. In Synchro Trampoline, she placed 4th.

Sylas Craigen competed for Team BC in Level 4 Trampoline, placing 3rd, and earned 1st place in DMT. In Level 3 Tumbling, he placed 7th, and in Synchro Trampoline placed 5th. He was 2nd all around. He also mobilized in both Trampoline and DMT.

Everett Siegmann competed for Team BC and placed 9th in Level 4 Trampoline, 7th in DMT, and 4th in Level 3 Tumbling. In Synchro Trampoline, he placed 3rd.

Luke Burnett competed for Team BC in Level 3 Trampoline, where he placed 1st. In DMT, he placed 5th, and in Level 4 Synchro Trampoline he placed 3rd.

Okanagan Gymnastics Centre Results

Amelia Lansky competed in Level 3 and placed 6th in Trampoline, 17th in DMT, and 14th in Synchro Trampoline.

Arianna Erickson competed in Level 3 and placed 15th in Trampoline, 25th in DMT, and 14th in Synchro Trampoline.

Daniel Kemila competed in Level 4 and placed 11th in Trampoline, 8th in DMT, and 5th in Synchro Trampoline. He also mobilized on DMT

Forest Calder competed in Level 2 and placed 11th in Trampoline and 7th in DMT.

Congratulations to all of our athletes on a fantastic weekend of competition. We are incredibly proud of all the hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship shown throughout the event.
