Okanagan Masters Swim Club

Registration for the 2026 MSABC Provincials Swim Championships opens Feb 17th, at 12:00 noon, hosted by the Okanagan Masters Swim Club in Kelowna and presented by the Across the Lake Swim!

We expect a flood of registrations early on.

Soon after you register, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Soon after you have paid and are approved, you will receive an approval email. The first 350 people who have registered and paid, will be approved to swim. There will be a waitlist.

Familiarize yourselves in advance of the new registration process by visiting SwimBC at https://swimbc.ca/masters-swimmers/ . Head to the registration page after noon on Tuesday, February 17th to register.

If you've never swum in a meet before, make this your first. It's great fun!!

📣OMSC is thrilled to announce we will host hundreds of adult swimmers from across B.C. in April at the 2026 B.C. Masters Championship swim meet!

The competition will take place April 17 to 19 at the H2O Adventure and Fitness Centre in Kelowna.

The three-day event will welcome an estimated 300 athletes to the city, plus friends and family, filling Kelowna with energy as swimmers from across British Columbia and beyond compete in a full range of events — from sprints to distance races — across all strokes and age groups.

The Masters Swim Association of B.C. awarded Kelowna the championships and says it also looks forward to welcoming athletes, coaches and spectators to the city.

Tiny Triathletes, Big Need for Volunteers!

Your help is needed! The Kelowna Kids Triathlon is happening on Sunday, July 27th, 2025, and they are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this event a safe and memorable experience for over 200 young athletes ages 3 to 15.

Let’s show the next generation of athletes what community support looks like!

OMSC is proud to share that Aerin Bowers, an OMSC alum, will be attempting to swim the English Channel starting Sunday evening (PST)—a goal she has been training toward for the past five years.

Aerin is using this challenge to raise funds for JumpStart, an organization that helps remove financial barriers so that all kids can access organized sports.

This incredible journey is being supported by several OMSC members, and we’re excited to cheer Aerin on as she takes on one of the world’s most iconic open-water challenges.
