Okanagan United FC was formed through the merger of Kelowna United, OMYSA, and TOFC, uniting the Okanagan soccer community to provide a seamless pathway for players from grassroots to high-performance, including BCSPL. The Kelowna United Football Club is a not-for-profit organization and the Select Club for Central Okanagan Youth Soccer Association that provides opportunities for youth to play competitive level youth soccer in British Columbia.

Kelowna United offers two Development Centre options designed to support players at every stage:

🔹 Junior Development Centre | Ages 5–8
A fun and positive introduction focused on skill development, confidence and physical literacy.

🔹 Development Centre | U9–U15
Additional training focused on individual technical development in a positive, challenging environment.

Both programs are led by licensed KUFC coaches and complement each player’s existing team environment.

Coaches, try this competitive reaction drill! ⚽️

Set up two lanes with a pug net and a ball at each end. Players begin on opposite sides and run toward one end—but every time the coach blows the whistle, they must react and immediately change direction.

The coach can blow the whistle as many times as they want. The first player to reach a ball and finish into the pug net wins! 🏁

This drill works on:

⚡ Speed
↔️ Agility and change of direction
🧠 Reaction time
⚽ Finishing under pressure

A huge thank you to all of our amazing players for bringing great energy, effort, and smiles every day, and to our dedicated coaches for making the week such a positive experience.

We loved seeing everyone learn, improve, and most importantly, have fun on the field.

Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills, compete with friends, or simply enjoy the game, this is your chance to experience four weeks of exciting championship football in a fun and competitive atmosphere.

Youth (U9–U16)
📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Adults (16+)
📅 Wednesdays | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Championship Entry

⚽ 1v1 Arena: $10 per match (per player)
👥 3v3 Arena: $30 per match (per team)

• 1v1: 10 matches for $90 per player
• 3v3: 10 matches for $270 per team

🏅 Championship trophies and prizes—including the Golden Glove Medal for the tournament’s top goalkeeper—will be awarded during the Finals.
