Update: I will be taking most of this week off (possibly more) due to a horrible knee injury on the ice during practice that has left me unable to do much of anything. I will be waiting to hear further from the orthopedic surgeon next week and will know more then. I will be contacting all clients about adjusting sessions. Thank you for your patience. (I have a wicked video of the accident for anyone who hasn't seen!)

Lateral release (sit with your back against the wall in a straddle and lower yourself side to side)
Adductor deadlift (use a medium weight and keep your back flat to feel a nice stretch!)
