Season of Strength starts June 1

An 8-week focus designed to build real, measurable strength through Orangetheory Fitness.
Over the next 8 weeks, you’ll complete 12 to 20 workouts based on your personal goal, showing up consistently to get stronger one rep at a time. This is about lifting heavier, moving better, and building strength that carries both inside and outside the studio.
Progress is tracked in a few key ways: pre and post challenge InBody scans to measure changes in muscle mass and body fat percentage, giving a fuller picture of your results. You’ll also use a strength tracker kept in-studio to log your lifts across four foundational movements: chest press, squat, deadlift, and single-arm low row.
Each time you complete them, you’ll record your strength score so you can actually see your progress build week by week.
It’s a flexible, powerful challenge designed to fit into real life, not pull you out of it. And it’s not about being the strongest in the room, it’s about becoming stronger than you were yesterday.
