One of the unique goals of Hellerwork is to increase awareness around mindful movement.
How many times in a day are you aware about how you sit down on a chair? How about bending down and picking something up? How often are you aware of your breath?

The truth is, we often do not have the awareness around the beliefs, tensions or emotions we hold on to. Even if we DO have the awareness, DO we know how they are serving us?
So, next time you find yourself holding, resisting or tightening, ask yourself, how is this serving me? Then, give yourself permission to let it go....and feel. The SENSATION of letting go is where the healing begins.

I learn each day, the more I surrender, the more I receive. I believe that in order to receive, we need to "free up" some space.
This very much applies to a Hellerwork session. Can we let go enough to receive something new, something in better alignment with who we are, or even something unexpected? I invite you to find out!
