The triangle isn’t a finish you chase, it’s a trap you build.
Most people reach for the strangle too early and wonder why it slips away. But the triangle is won long before the legs ever lock, it’s built in the setup, in the posture you break and the arm you trap. Get that right and the finish is inevitable. Rush it, and you’re squeezing air.
Control comes first. The submission is just the last thing that happens, not the first thing you hunt.
