JKA-B.C. Summer Camp

Due to the current air quality in the Okanagan area, all summer camp (Aug 7-9th) classes are being moved indoors to the Immaculata Regional High School Gymnasium (1493 K.L.O. Rd, Kelowna, BC V1W 3N8).
There will be no outdoor classes for the time being.

We are still hoping to host Sunday’s classes at Gyro Beach as originally planned, but this will depend entirely on how the air quality develops.
For now, please plan to meet in the gymnasium for all sessions.
Because air conditions change rapidly, our top priority will always be everyone's safety and well-being.
Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.
We will see you all very soon at the summer camp.

Attended Monday evenings Civic Community award as a finalist for Male Athlete of the year.
Thank you to everyone who put in the work to help get myself nominated as it was a great evening.

Last night was the 51st Civic & Community Awards in Kelowna. A friend and longtime client of mine, Paul Artkin @kelownakaratejka , was nominated for Male Athlete of the Year🏆✨ He has competed at the highest level in Canada for many years, earning 8 national medals and representing Canada internationally. I’ve known Paul for 8 years now (😳). He come my massage for his preparation and also recovery for the competition and daily training. It’s been amazing to be part of his journey! and I’ve also learned so much about the sport along the way. He’s not only a dedicated athlete, but also an incredible coach at @kelownakaratejka ! Now, he’s putting his energy into growing karate in Kelowna! I am so lucky to be able to see his big moment last night! Congratulations again Paul👏✨
