As a client, itโ€™s your responsibility to be COACHABLE ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ

Being coachable is all about being open to learning, embracing change, and trusting the process. Itโ€™s about showing up ready to grow, adapt, and push past your comfort zones. Hereโ€™s why being coachable is essential for reaching your fitness goals:

Coachable Habits:

โœ… Embrace Growth: Be ready to learn and absorb new skills to crush your goals!

โœ… Trust the Process: Rome wasnโ€™t built in a day, and neither is a rock-solid body. Trust your coach to guide you.

โœ… Adapt and Overcome: Life throws curveballs; be flexible and ready to adapt.

โœ… Accountability and Support: Be honest about struggles and wins. This builds a strong coach-client relationship.

โœ… Build Confidence: Take feedback and put in the work to see progress in strength and confidence.

Non-Coachable Habits:

โŒ Being Closed-Minded: Donโ€™t shut out new ideas; growth comes from being open.

โŒ Ignoring Feedback: Constructive criticism is your friend! Listen and improve.

โŒ Making Excuses: Excuses keep you stuck. Take responsibility and find solutions.

โŒ Lack of Consistency: Showing up only sometimes leads to results only sometimes. Commit fully.

โŒ Neglecting Communication: Talk to your coach about needs or concerns to progress.

๐ŸŽ‰ Client Spotlight: Kaylaโ€™s Transformation Journey ๐ŸŽ‰

Kayla and I reconnected in early November and she came to me sharing and was unhappy with where she was in her journey. She shared her fears, her struggles and put her faith in me to help her.

Between November 2023 (left) and June 2024 (right), she went ALL IN. Kayla checked in weekly, sent me messages throughout the weeks to keep me in the loop and to use me as a resource if things got tough or she had questions and LOOK WHAT HAPPENED!

Hereโ€™s what she had to say about her journey with me:

Listen upโ€”Iโ€™m going to say something that might trigger some of you.

You can train all you want, but if youโ€™re eating poorly or overloading on calories, youโ€™re wasting your time. No amount of workouts can fix a bad diet.

Think you can eat whatever you want and still make progress? Wrong. โŒ

Your poor food choices and calorie surplus are the anchor holding you back. Every extra bite is undoing your hard work. Youโ€™ll stay stuck, feeling frustrated and disappointed until you face the truth.

Hereโ€™s the deal: Nutrition is the most valuable asset to achieving your goals. Itโ€™s the foundation of your progress. Why? Because food fuels your body. It impacts everythingโ€”energy levels, muscle recovery, fat loss, and overall performance. You canโ€™t expect to build a solid house on a weak foundation, and your body is no different.

to my incredible client Brianne and her phenomenal debut on stage! ๐Ÿ†โœจ

Brianne stepped on stage with an absolutely stunning package, and itโ€™s hard to believe it was her first time competing! In a fiercely competitive bikini class, she earned 3rd place in true novice and 2nd place in a lineup of 10. Her flawless physique and stage presence were nothing short of extraordinary!

Throughout this journey, Brianne demonstrated unwavering dedication. She communicated openly, grounded herself in every challenge, and leaned on me for support when needed. She followed the plan to a T, embodying the power of consistency and resilience.

Her hard work was not only recognized but rewarded, and we received invaluable feedback from the judges, which will be our blueprint for future success.
