We’re excited to announce the return of our All-Levels Muay Thai Kickboxing classes for adults and teens!
These co-ed sessions are built around the fundamentals of Muay Thai Kickboxing and solid fitness training. Expect technique work, pads, conditioning, and a supportive atmosphere that helps you build skill and confidence at your own pace.

No experience necessary. Beginners are welcome and encouraged.

Whether you’re stepping on the mats for the first time or sharpening the basics, this is the place to train.

Maly and Dan are a husband and wife duo who enjoying spending quality time with each other on the mats. This way they can exercise together, learn proven self defense techniques together and enjoy some quality time together. They were learning a variety of chokes with Professor Jimmy and we’re all smiles through the whole class.

Summer time our kids are still putting the work in. Here they are doing some positional sparring and burning off some energy.
