Starting September 1st, Ashton and Brittney will be teaching classes again. 45 minute Strength-Focused classes that spin off the regular Workout Of The Day.
Sept 14th. Rolling out all new programming for the gym. Keeping it hype, fresh and fun. Progressions every week. You better be ready. These workouts will keep you coming back.
Over the next 3 to 6 months, we are completely transforming this space.
Expect big upgrades, new energy, and zero slowdowns.
