Rehab spin for my ankle !!! Always a great way to rehab your body!!! After kids, after knee injuries, hockey, ankle fractures and sprains. The bike has kept my strength up and endurance while having me the mobility through my joints getting me to my normal quicker without as much down time!

S**t happen in life! Be positive ! No excuses! Modified and keep consistent, you owe it to yourself ! How lucky we are to be able to move !

A run to hockey for the dog and me and run/ walk back with my baby boys.
Coaching soccer early the next day. 6 am workout quickly better then nothing !!! Fit it in!!! Movement for life.

I was out for a jog today and I got asked "what are you training for " I normally train at home so it's been a long time since I've had someone ask me this.
My answer was life!
The more I thought about it I realized it's so much more. To me it's mental health, to be strong, to be a good role model for my kids, to have energy, and just to have a little time to myself. 
It's taken me years into motherhood to realize working out is a necessity. Before kids it was easy to fit in. Now I have to make it a priority. I'm a better mother for it.

New toy !!! Thanks to Clint Patch for bring in this awesome ride for the family! Rocky road Kelowna. Fitness is more of a commitment when there’s is a financial commitment. So go buy a new outfit that makes you want to workout or go see Clint if you want great home fitness equipment.
