But honestly… there’s something really special about building healthy habits together instead of trying to squeeze movement into the tiny cracks of parenthood. ☀️💪

Our Strong Fam Club classes are designed to make fitness feel realistic for actual families:
✨ partner + older kiddo inclusive
✨ workouts are accessible for older kids to safely join in
✨ toys + play space for babies and toddlers
✨ outdoor sunshine, fresh air, and movement for everyone

Our 6-Week Prenatal Pilates Series starts May 23rd and we’re officially calling in all the pregnant pilates moms 🤍

Every Saturday from 1–2PM, we’ll focus on:
✨ deep core + pelvic floor connection
✨ glute + back strength for carrying that growing bump
✨ mobility to help your body feel GOOD
✨ breathing techniques for pregnancy + birth
✨ low impact movement that keeps you strong without feeling wrecked after

Because growing a human is already an extreme sport… your workouts should support you, not destroy you 😮‍💨

Prenatal pilates can help with:
