The Realm is home to lots of legends, but there is only one Ginny.

If you know Ginny, you know she is an absolute legend around here. Whether it’s 6am or 11pm, you can bet Ginny is somewhere in the gym putting in the work.

Today we’re celebrating her 80TH BIRTHDAY!!! 🎂

We asked our members to help us wish Ginny a happy birthday and ended up filling TWO massive cards with messages. If that doesn’t tell you how loved this woman is, we don’t know what will. 🥹

Ginny is living proof that age is just a number and that showing up for yourself never goes out of style. Her dedication, energy and attitude are something we can all learn from, and we feel pretty lucky to have her as part of our Realm family.

Happy 80th Birthday to the one and only Ginny. You are truly one of a kind and an inspiration to every single one of us ❤️

YOU ASK, WE LISTEN

The Pit Shark | Belt Squat Machine Pit Shark has been one of our most highly requested machines for our tutorial series, so if you’ve been waiting for this one — listen up!

We’ve got two belt options for squatting: a standard size and a petite size for smaller lifters and the girls

To release the safety, pull the bar towards you. From there, you can squat freely without loading the weight on your shoulders or lower back

Wanna get fancy? The Pit Shark can also be used for RDLs, rows and more. Release the safety, load your weights from the ground and you’re good to go.

When you’re finished, rerack the safety by pushing the bar away from you

This is an incredibly versatile piece and a great tool to have in your toolbelt when used properly. And now you know how 🫡

Anna🇨🇦 took 1st place AND the Overall win in Women’s Wellness. Anna, your stage presence and physique were unmatched!

Sanjay| Dream Physique Coach definitely CRUSHED IT in Men’s Physique, taking home 2nd place! We can’t wait to see what you bring to the National stage Sanjay!

Dawn Catherine looking like the absolute powerhouse she is, took 1st place in Women’s Figure AND Masters 40+! Seeing the hard work you put in day in and day out is so inspiring to us all. It’s so cool to see all that dedication come together on stage!

lyla stepped on stage for her first ever bodybuilding show this weekend, taking 3rd place in True Novice! What an incredible way to kick off your competitive journey. You should be so proud of yourself, Lyla!

And while these rockstars were holding down the stage in Vancouver, Joleen P***k was showing Houston what hard work looks like! Joleen took 3rd place in Women’s Transformation, and we couldn’t be more proud!

A MASSIVE congratulations to each and every one of you! We’re so proud to have you representing our community and can’t wait to see Anna, Dawn and Sanjay and Maddie repping The Realm at Nationals!

Have you tried our new toy yet?

You’ve probably noticed we added the MaxPump Hip Press to the floor a couple weeks ago

If you’ve been eyeing it down but aren’t quite sure how it works, Andy is here to give you the rundown!

One of the coolest features of this machine is that it allows for both unilateral and bilateral movements, so you can train both legs together or isolate each side individually.

Adjust the seat to find the right range and angle for your body, load it up, and you’re ready to go. The safety will automatically release as you begin your set, then simply pop it back into place when you’re finished.

Give it a try next leg day! And if you’re still unsure about the setup, grab one of our staff members at the front desk, we’re always happy to give you a hand.
