We’re kicking things off with an Express SPINCO class at 4:45 PM led by ⚡️, then taking the energy outside with a run/walk to REC at 5:25 PM, and finish the night strong with a Heavy Lift workout at REC led by Coach starting at 5:45 PM💪

The Kelowna Women’s Shelter provides critical support, safe housing, and resources for women and children experiencing domestic violence, helping them rebuild their lives with safety and dignity.
$20 a bike and all proceeds will be donated to KWS.
