📣 Let’s Talk DryJect – Then vs. Now
I wanted to take a moment to share a bit of background on DryJect and why it’s important to understand just how far the technology has come.
We often hear, “I’ve seen DryJect before,” or “I’m familiar with that process from years ago.” And while it’s great that people recognize the name, it’s important to know that what we’re using today is a completely different machine than what you may have seen in the past.
✅ Today’s DryJect units operate at extreme depths and high speed, offering a level of precision and efficiency that older models simply couldn’t match.
✅ We’re now able to complete an entire golf course in less than two days – without compromising on quality.
✅ And the best part? Players can return to the course in as little as one hour after treatment. That’s right – no long shutdowns or waiting days to get back on the green.
This is not the DryJect of years past. This is next-generation technology that’s helping superintendents and turf managers maintain healthier greens with minimal disruption.
Thanks for following along and supporting what we do at DryJect British Columbia – we’re excited to keep bringing the best in turf aeration to your course.

As we’ve had some new followers join us recently, we wanted to take a moment to reintroduce and explain what DryJect is, what it does, and why it’s such an important tool in turf management.
👉 So, what is DryJect?
DryJect is a cutting-edge aeration technology that injects high volumes of sand (or other amendments) into the soil without removing cores. It uses high-pressure water to fracture the soil and simultaneously fill the holes with sand or soil amendments—all in one pass.
This is very different from traditional core aeration methods, which remove plugs of turf and soil and leave behind a mess that can take days (or even weeks) to recover from.
🔍 What Does DryJect Do?
✔️ Aerates the soil – loosens compacted soil to improve air and water movement.
✔️ Amends the rootzone – fills the holes with sand or custom amendments to improve drainage and soil structure.
✔️ Minimizes surface disruption – the surface remains firm and playable almost immediately after treatment.
✔️ Saves time and labor – no cleanup of cores, no dragging, no hauling plugs away.
💡 Why Is DryJect Good?
✅ Playability – Courses and fields are back in play almost instantly. Great for busy schedules.
✅ Healthier turf – Improved rootzone = better root growth, water movement, and nutrient uptake.
✅ Customizable – You can inject various soil amendments tailored to your turf’s specific needs (e.g., zeolites, biochar, calcined clay, etc.).
✅ Environmentally smart – Promotes long-term soil health without excessive disruption or waste.
🌱 Whether you're managing a golf course, sports field, or high-end lawn, DryJect is a game-changing tool for improving soil structure and overall turf performance—quickly, cleanly, and effectively.
If you’re curious about how DryJect could benefit your turf, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to chat or set up a demo!

🌄 DryJect at Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club – Kelowna, BC ⛳️
This week we were out at Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club completing another successful DryJect job. After finishing, we ran a demo on one of the greens using our deep settings, and the core profiles speak for themselves – just look at that depth and precision! 👌
Going deeper with DryJect has big benefits for the turf:✔️ Breaks through deeper compaction layers that restrict root growth✔️ Improves water infiltration and drainage at depth✔️ Delivers amendments directly into the soil profile where roots need them most✔️ Promotes deeper, stronger root systems for long-term turf health
Unlike traditional aeration, DryJect gets the job done with minimal surface disruption, meaning the greens stay smooth and playable right after treatment.
We’re proud to support courses like Sunset Ranch in building healthier, more resilient turf. 🌱💪
